Why Nature Journaling?

9/3/2024

Nature journaling is an activity that can be incorporated into almost any situation and done by anyone. The challenge can be in making it feel accessible for all. Many times people will hear the term and think, I cannot do that, I am not an artist. On the contrary, though many artists do nature journaling, it is not about making a pretty picture by any means. Nature journaling is a skill that anyone can work at and improve upon. In fact, that is one of the many great things about nature journaling. It helps us with metacognition and building new brain neurons because we are learning a new skill.
